The Ultra Bator pulls a double move: it strokes you up and down while the inner sleeve swirls around you, so you get rotation and thrusting at the same time without lifting a finger once it's running. Four clear windows on the sides let you watch the whole thing work.

Fair warning up front: it's battery-powered, so it's louder than a quiet suction toy, and it really wants a good coat of water-based lube to feel its best.

Materials & care: The body-side sleeve is TPE with an ABS housing. Use a water-based lube before you start, then clean the sleeve with warm water and a mild soap after and let it fully air dry. Stay away from silicone lube since it can break down TPE over time.

Is it really hands-free?
Once you've inserted and turned it on, yes. The motor handles both the stroking and the swirling for you, so you just pick a speed and hold it in place.

What lube should I use?
Water-based lube only. It keeps the TPE sleeve in good shape and makes every stroke feel a lot smoother. Silicone lube can damage the material.
