Free Shipping

We offer Free Shipping on all US orders over $50.


Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated in the shopping cart during checkout before payment is processed.

Shipping costs are calculated using the least expensive carrier based on the delivery time you select and the shipping weight of the order.


Order Processing

We ask our customers to please allow 1–2 business days for their orders to be processed and shipped. Orders with express shipping methods are placed in priority and are shipped the same day if submitted before 1 PM PST.

We cannot guarantee weekend delivery. To estimate delivery time frames, please use the delivery window of Monday – Friday.

In the event that a back order occurs, you will receive notification via email. Backorders are shipped as they become available at no additional shipping charge. If you would like more information on a back-ordered item, or if you prefer to cancel the back order, please email your request to
info@paradisesextoydelivery.com, referencing your order number.


Domestic Shipping

We offer the following methods:

  • 3 Day (3 Business Days) – Minimum order $50

  • 2 Day (2 Business Days) – Minimum order $100

  • 1 Day (1 Business Day) – Minimum order $200

International Shipping

Order Fulfillment & Shipping Process

Some orders may be fulfilled from our main warehouse in California if the item is not available at the nearest distribution center.

Once an order has been processed and transferred to the shipping provider, it can no longer be canceled or modified.

Upon delivery, customers may return the package in accordance with our return policy to receive a refund.


Customs and Brokerage Fees

Customs departments of other countries may charge additional fees or tariffs for international shipments. These fees vary by country and are not included in your order total.

The receiver is solely responsible for any customs, duties, or brokerage fees required to claim the shipment.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number at the end of the business day.

Warranty Information

We offer a 365-day warranty on all of our products. We understand that returns are sometimes necessary when shopping online, and we are happy to provide a Satisfaction Guarantee on our entire product line.


Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Please contact our Customer Service department at
info@paradisesextoydelivery.com.

In your message, include:

  • Item number

  • Order number

  • Description of the defect

If the defect is visible, photos will be required.

If approved, a replacement will be issued upon validation of the defect.


Unwanted Items

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

Note: A store credit will be issued for the product price minus a 20% restocking fee.
