Free Shipping

We offer Free Shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated in the shopping cart during checkout before payment is processed.

Shipping costs are calculated using the least expensive carrier based on the delivery option selected and the shipping weight of the order.

Order Processing

Please allow 1–2 business days for orders to be processed and shipped.

Orders with express shipping methods are prioritized and shipped the same day if submitted before 1:00 PM PST.

We do not guarantee weekend delivery. Estimated delivery times are based on Monday–Friday business days.

In the event of a backorder, you will be notified by email. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they become available at no additional shipping charge.

Domestic Shipping

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard (2–3 Business Days) – Minimum order $40

  • Express (1 Business Day) – Minimum order $50

Order Fulfillment & Shipping Process

Some orders may be fulfilled from our primary U.S. warehouse if the item is not available at the nearest distribution center.

Once an order has been processed and transferred to the shipping provider, it cannot be canceled or modified.

After delivery, customers may return the package in accordance with our return policy to receive a refund or store credit.

Customs and Brokerage Fees

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country.

These fees are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Warranty Information

We offer a 365-day warranty on all products and stand behind the quality of our items with a Satisfaction Guarantee.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Photos may be required if the defect is visible.

Approved defective items will be replaced upon validation.

Unwanted Items

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery.

Note: Returns for unwanted items are issued as store credit, minus a 20% restocking fee.
