Premium Braided Jute Bondage Rope - 50 Feet

This is a full 50-foot length of coreless braided jute, cut for rope bondage, shibari, and kinbaku ties. It runs smoother through your hands than twisted rope and grips a knot so your ties stay put instead of sliding loose halfway through a scene.

Features

  • 50 feet, one continuous piece - enough for wrist and ankle work, chest harnesses, or a longer floor tie without joining lengths.
  • Braided, not twisted - a flatter, smoother lay that feels gentler on skin and resists the stretch that makes twisted rope go sloppy.
  • Metal-capped ends - both tips are sealed so the strands won't fray or unravel with use.
  • Coreless jute - flexible, holds tension, and breaks in softer the more you handle it.
  • Warm brown color with the natural jute texture and that earthy fiber smell some people love.

Materials & care: 100% natural jute fiber. Keep it dry, spot clean only (no machine washing, it will wreck the fibers), and condition it with a light pass of jojoba or camellia oil now and then to keep it supple. Fresh jute sheds a few loose fibers and has a strong plant smell at first, both settle down as you use it.

FAQ

Is braided jute better than twisted rope?
For a lot of people, yes. Braided jute feels smoother and holds a knot with less slip, so it's forgiving for wrist and ankle ties. Twisted rope has a grippier, more textured bite if that's what you're after.

Can I use this rope for suspension?
Treat this as a floor-work and decorative-tie rope. Suspension puts real load on rope and body, so only rig it if you've trained in suspension and inspected the line first. When in doubt, keep it on the ground.

How do I break in and care for new jute?
Run it through your hands, pull out any loose fibers, and give it a light oil conditioning. Store it coiled and dry, keep it away from water, and it'll soften up and last for years.
